1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting an estimate, scheduling services, or engaging Roofing Concepts Pro for roofing or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Scope of Services

Roofing Concepts Pro provides roofing inspections, estimates, repairs, replacements, and related construction services as agreed upon in written estimates, proposals, or contracts.

All work performed is limited to the scope specifically outlined in your approved estimate or agreement. Any work outside the original scope may require a written change order and additional charges.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection.

  • Hidden or unforeseen conditions (including but not limited to dry rot, termite damage, structural issues, or code upgrades) are not included unless explicitly stated.

  • Estimates are valid for a limited time as stated on the estimate document.

  • Pricing may be subject to change if material costs, labor requirements, or site conditions change prior to or during the project.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are outlined in your estimate or contract.

  • Deposits may be required prior to scheduling work.

  • Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late or non-payment may result in project delays, suspension of work, or collection efforts as permitted by law.

5. Scheduling and Delays

Project timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, material availability, inspections, permit processing, or unforeseen site conditions.

Roofing Concepts Pro is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Access and Site Conditions

The client is responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area, including driveway access where required.
Roofing Concepts Pro is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities, landscaping damage, driveway cracks, or cosmetic issues unless caused directly by negligence.

7. Permits and Inspections

When applicable, building permits and inspection fees may be required and are typically billed separately unless stated otherwise in the estimate. Permit costs vary by city and jurisdiction.

8. Warranties

  • Roofing Concepts Pro provides a workmanship warranty as specified in your estimate or contract.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply only to materials and are governed by the manufacturer’s terms.

  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by normal wear, acts of nature, improper maintenance, or work performed by others.

9. Exclusions and Limitations

Unless specifically included in writing, Roofing Concepts Pro does not guarantee:

  • Waterproofing in areas where components cannot be removed (e.g., HVAC units, solar panels, or other fixed installations)

  • Existing structural integrity beyond the scope of roofing work

  • Color matching of materials beyond reasonable industry standards

10. Liability

Roofing Concepts Pro maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its operations. We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, third-party work, or conditions beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the applicable agreement, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Submitting a form or inquiry does not create a contractual relationship until a written agreement is executed.

12. Text and Email Communications
